Make sure to have air out properly.
- Add oil to your fryer/pot. The amount of oil depends on the size of your fryer/pot. Make sure to have at least a few cm oil.
- Make a bowl/colander with paper towels ready for draining the crackers.
- Check if the oil is ready by adding a cracker and see if it will grow.
- When the pot is ready then add a few at a time and after a few seconds they are ready.
- Remove them from the fryer/pot with your utensil and move them to drain the excess oil.
- Add the next few crackers.
