Prawn crackers can be bought ready to eat or as small and hard prawn crackers you can fry yourself.

Instructions

Make sure to have air out properly.

  1. Add oil to your fryer/pot. The amount of oil depends on the size of your fryer/pot. Make sure to have at least a few cm oil.
  2. Make a bowl/colander with paper towels ready for draining the crackers.
  3. Check if the oil is ready by adding a cracker and see if it will grow.
  4. When the pot is ready then add a few at a time and after a few seconds they are ready.
  5. Remove them from the fryer/pot with your utensil and move them to drain the excess oil.
  6. Add the next few crackers.
