Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pot and warm the milk with the butter.
- Pour it into a mixing bowl and add the yeast. Mix until the yeast has been dissolved.
- Add the other ingredients and knead it together. Let the dough rise for an hour.
- Mix the ingredients for the barbecue sauce.
- When an hour has approximately passed start to turn the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven mode) and prepare a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Knead the dough again and split into 20 pieces (or equal the amount of sausages)
- When you are ready then start out with rolling out the first piece of dough with a rolling pin.
- Add the sauce onto the newly flattened dough.
- Place the sausage at the bottom of the dough and roll it together.
- Let them rise for 15 minutes on the baking sheet.
- You can brush the rolls with water and sesame seeds before they are put into the oven.
- They need around 15 minutes in the oven (depending on the sizes).
